Coach Pickett is a 4 time high school state champion, junior Olympian and a former collegiate two sport athlete , a highly decorated retired combat veteran (United a States Army), and now a highly respected Head Coach for the Bel air Varsity Basketball team, Head Coach Track and Field and Varsity Football Coach . In seasons with Bel air High school, Coach Pickett has been assisted with a couple Track and Field State Champions, Regional Championships and UCBAC Championships. Recently coached a U20 national championship last summer with the athletes went on to finish 4th at the Pan American games.

Coach Pickett philosophy is to focus on the basics and be consistent.
