What To Expect
We Just Work will offer two 4 - week sessions designed to identify your baseline basketball skill set and then to create customized building blocks upon which to enhance your ability. Our results driven training curriculum is proven to move athletes from their "ground zero" to their next level of success. We use a holistic approach with an emphasis on the total athlete, wherein, they will be challenged to get out of their comfort zone and to embrace the challenge of growth. Every drill we do translates to game situations and will provide a foundation in which an athlete can build upon their skill set and basketball I.Q.
In addition to Basketball Skill development, we offer Speed & Agility training designed to make the athlete stronger, faster, and more explosive. Using our system of strength, mobility and prehab routines, we help the athlete build a stronger base so their bodies can train consistently and more effectively while minimizing the potential for injury.
August Schedule
Saturday/Sundays until Labor Day Weekend.
